We must encourage all young people to do right and discipline them when they do wrong so that they dont grow up to be like either of those involved in the scenario at hand. The ripple effect is felt on the other side of our planet. Loss of life for words and over lack of emotional control is the sadest thing to see a fellow human go through. Such actions could result in a response with a disparity in force the would cause someone to fear great bodily harm or death and even escalate to use of weapons. I find it to be important that this be pointed out as it appears to me that the culture of the youth is inclined to lash out violently for longer periods of their lives now, sometime into adulthood which is not okay in civil society. Lest we be reduced to being referred to more primitive animals with similar behaviors like apes, chimps, monkeys, dogs so on and so forth. As we mature and learn to control our bodies and emotions, we should aim to use the main thing that sets us apart from other life forms……our brains. Toddlers typically respond in ways that are similar when they are told not to do something. However it is never okay to physically attack someone because they’re rude, or directing vulgar language at you. I agree that it is uncomfortable to be around rude, ignorant, and even vulgar people and they shouldn’t be allowed to continue to use speech that isn’t protected. However, there is no protection under the constitution for physically attacking someone who has used vulgar language around you. He called out rappers of all races over the “n-word.” As the rapper went to say the actual word, he barely got it out before things turned physical. ![]() ![]() One guy went for the shock value and he was going hard. On the battle rap scene, there are numerous White rappers who are making a lot of noise. Recently, a rap battle went viral, but for all of the wrong reasons. At the time, the young people didn’t listen. Regardless of how it’s spelled, or used, they said don’t use the word anymore. ![]() Honestly, this 2007 initiative did not sit too well with the leaders of the Black community. Then there’s the younger generation that proposed a new spelling and a new pronunciation. The obvious origins of the word make it highly insulting. There is so much controversy surrounding the word and how it’s used.
